Price and Availability

All prices are quoted in US dollars. Titles are published and fulfilled by Global Collective Publishers; most orders ship promptly, though some titles are produced to order and may take longer to dispatch. Where an order contains multiple titles, we may ship them together to reduce shipping costs, which can occasionally delay dispatch.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, delivery estimates, and any applicable taxes or duties are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Online Orders

We reserve the right not to accept any order.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through our checkout provider, Shopify. Card details are entered on Shopify’s PCI-compliant hosted checkout and are never received or stored by Global Collective Publishers.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Books purchased from Global Collective Publishers may be returned within six months of the invoice date. Books must be in saleable condition, the current edition, and still available from the publisher. Superseded editions are not returnable 90 days after publication of a new edition. Notification that you wish to cancel and return goods must be received by email or letter; a phone call is not sufficient. When returning goods, please obtain proof of posting or use an insured shipping method. We will issue a refund within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. We do not refund the original postage cost, nor the cost you incur returning the item to us.

Damaged or faulty books may be returned for a replacement copy (where available) or a refund. We will refund any postage charges you incur in returning a damaged book to us. Please contact us before returning any book so we can advise a suitable method of delivery. Such claims must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Examination Copy Policy

If you would like to consider a book for classroom use, you may request an exam copy subject to the following terms: you will be billed at a 20% academic discount, plus shipping charges, payable after 90 days unless we receive verification from your bookstore that you have adopted the book. If you do not adopt the book, you may return it for credit within 90 days or purchase it at a 20% discount for your own use. Please send your request to info@globalcollectivepublishers.com specifying your institution, intended course, projected enrolment, and the dates the class will be taught.
